Rosanna (Rosie) Tovi – Founder/Director

World Ice Events is founded on a lifetime of experience in championship and professional figure skating.

U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist Rosanna (Rosie) Tovi is a former competitive and professional figure skater who represented her country as a member of the U.S. Figure Skating Team and World Professional Team. She is a national, international and double gold medalist. Rosie has been inducted into the Skating Club of Lake Placid Hall of Fame and awarded The Professional Skaters Association Honor Roll of Coaches and Choreographers.

Following Rosie’s competitive and professional skating career she went on to coach and choreograph National, World and Olympic skaters. Yearning for even more creative expression, she began creating and choreographing artistic ice shows. With the creation of her first touring ice show a new dynamic was introduced to the ice, a unique theatrical presentation that featured World and Olympic figure skating champions alongside stars from the world of cirque. These internationally known performers merged with unique interactions through the use of CGI media and projection mapping. The artful fusion of these dynamic disciplines combined with innovative choreography made for a one-of-a-kind experience. The shows led to invitations to create custom bespoke ice skating events for some of the world’s largest companies.
